from up above the skies
as drops of joy
my special friend
just returned back

the little rain drop
kissed my cheeks
the orchestral symphony
refreshed my senses

With freshness around
it brought me a smile
With special seven colors
it brought us cheer

My li'l friend, dear rain drop
thanks for coming back
coz' without you
I missed being ME

A DREAM COME TRUE...!!!

Wow it’s a dream come true. I waited for 22 years for this to happen in my life. I dreamed of the situation hundreds of times but finally when it really happened, I was happy million times more than what I imagined. One of the happiest moments of my life which I would cherish for the rest of my life..!!


Now don’t start imagining whatever you wish to. Before you do so, will reveal it myself. I always had a wish that “on a winter night, when its freezing cold outside, I go on a drive and have a coffee…I mean, drive all the while to just have a coffee and come back home” sounds crazy but yes, that’s my sweet wish which had finally come true...!! It was Harshit’s birthday, and I was at his place to wish at the midnight and we had fun at his place. We played, we laughed, and we had fun. Harshit is someone who is a nice friend of mine in Pune and one of the few of friends I have here. I was so happy that I wished him first as his roommates didnt notice that it was already 12 am.

Though its already late, A small gift from my land of dreams..!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARSHIT..!!!

now that the party is over, its time to get back to the post.It was already 1.15 am by the time we left his home. Mitesh, Anusha, Ayush and I started on the bikes to reach home. It was freezing cold outside and to me it was like the extreme.

I was with Ayush and Anusha was with Mithesh. By the way Ayush is my brother. We may not share a family bond, but he is more than my real brother to me and Anusha, she is the sweetest friend I have in Pune and about Mitesh, he is fun to be with and the most helpful.

“Ayush bhai, its very cold yaar. Its freezing here” I said as Ayush started the ride.
“Akka, shall we go have coffee??” my brother asked.
“OK. Am always ready for a coffee” “OK lets go” I asked Anusha and Mitesh, they were also ready.

So we started the ride and were on the Express Highway to Mumbai in few seconds. We drove for quiet some Kilometers and reached the place where we decided to have a coffee.

Don’t expect the coffee shop to be an outlet like CCD. It was a small hotel in a petrol station. We had coffee there, I bought a smiley key chain and we drove back home. It was 2.30 a.m. when I finally reached home. It was fun. We drove all the way in chilling weather just to have a cup of coffee…wow that’s sounds great..!!

I had the fun of my life…and I tell you, this is one of the many happiest moments of my life and the best moment in Pune.
That was the day I was happy to heavens for the first time in Pune. All thanks to Anusha, Mitesh, Harshit and my bro Ayush…Guys, you don’t know how much this means to me…thanks for the wonderful night dear..!!

P.S. I dedicate this post to these three and the birthday boy who are some of the very few friends I have in Pune..!!!

Sweet rain drops
wrinkle the sea
tickling the waters

Happy friendship day friends....have a blast today....and be the finest friends to me as the way you always have been...!!! Missing Octaves this time...I am seriously having tears in my eyes...but then, i think i dont have anyother option than juss living with this truth...!!!

As a gift to octaves on this special day, i made this video but then when i tried to mail it, it was not getting uploaded because of the size...so i thought Land of Dreams will be the right place...and here it is...check out and friends, this is not just for octaves, it is for every heart that loved me..!!! I am very proud about myself today......this is the first poem that i wrote a poem in shortest possible time...i took juss 2 mins to write this....this is the first poem that took me so less time..!!!

Hey friends

I dont know how to start this post...and what to write....i am in such a happy mood today that i am just in search of words to express my feelings. All the while, i used to write a poem for every feeling my heart felt. But today, i am already trying to write one since last one hour but couldnot do that...so here I am with a Non-poetry post...!!!

i know you are all wondering about whats that happy news.....yes, i am gonna tell you abt it...!!! As you all know, i got admission for my MBA [post link] in one of the top institutes in India in the branch of marketing....I was not interested in it...but thought this was written for me and hapily accepted it...!!!

But today i got a call from my college that i am given an option of branch transfer in the same college and Guess what??? they suggested me the branch that i always wanted to join....PM &HRD ( Personnel management and Human Resource Development)...and when they asked me if i was interested, i silently said them, YES. when the phone line went silent too...i jumped in happiness..!!!

Yes friends, Yamini Meduri is now into PM&HRD, her favorite specialisation.....and the most important thing is that.....everything is going in my favor...hope it remains the same until i reach my goal....!!!

As i already started, lemme tell you something abt a serious Yamini whom you harldy get to see here, in her Land of Dreams. I am very goal centric and have set a goal for the next ten years....yeah a very long time to go....!!But yes, i am trying very hard to reach it...!!!I am gonna leave my parents for the next two years, just because the path seems to be tought and i alone have to walk through it...!!!

Will not tell you what am i gonna do but for sure will do it...!! I am a very much fond of Kalam sir and I proudly name my dream as his' Vision2020. I wish i fulfill my dreams...!!!

I know you will all be there in all through my journey and you will defly know abt my success one day...!!!
