DEAR DAD...I LOVE YOU..!!

I know am a li'l late...but better NOW than Never..!!Heres' my post..!!

Since I woke up today, I was thinking about what to write in this post...I wanted to make it special...so all day I was thinking and the day just passed on..!!!

Finally I decided to take this opportunity to write him a letter and tell him everything I wanted to for years..a li'l long post...!!

Dear DAD..!! First of all...Happy FATHER's DAY...You are the best dad in the world..!!

Nanna..I woke up every day since I was a li'l girl and found you reading a newspaper and sipping mom's steaming coffee...I used to feel so good sitting beside you and reading the supplements...Actually I was not interested in the News..but that moment was special...Starting my day with you..!!

I enjoyed all the time you dropped me at school and college...I loved holding your hand and walking beside you...papa you really walk very fast...!! When you left me at my college gate in Pune two years back, I cried...I felt so alone...It was like hell of a moment...but when I was back home after two years...when you shook my hands...I was happy to heavens..!!

Papa...When you come back from work, a smile at the door made me even more happy...I have learnt alot from your smile...Its one thing I admire the most in everyone I meet...you taught me that a smile given always multiplies and returns back..!!

Dad...When I was sick...When you asked me how I felt..It really felt so good..!!

Nanna...Winters of my childhood were the best days of my life with you...When I used to wake up in the morning...U still reading the newspaper with the rugs covered..and I slowly get into them and you hide me from mom and I take a special nap on your lap...wowie...i miss those days....They were the best..!!

Dad...every moment spent with you was/is great...you are a lesson of love care and life...you taught me hard work...you taught me decision making...you taught me LIFE...Today I read newspaper every day...I understand politics better than my peers...I understand engineering your way...I see relationships specially...I admire places that are important...I live LIFE the way you taught me to...Love you for that :)

CHOICES...!!!

I have a bundle of choices
each one worth enough
choosing one is tough
so trying to hear inner voices

each time I find one better
to think about others I incline
strength about a choice decline
leaving me in the same confusion later

What shall I choose
the freedom of life
or settle as a wife

people say both can be done

SHE..!!!

Her little ears longed to hear her mother’s voice. She counted on her heartbeat to hear those three words from her mom “I love you”. Every sound awakened her and she eagerly waited to see light. She wanted to see that special woman who is bearing her for months now.

Her tiny eyes closed, she dreamt every second about the happy family that shall be hers from the second she is born. She grew at a natural pace while the water around cuddling her gently. She never knew what hunger was as the soft womb had it all ready for her. She was tenderly molded and was beautifully modeled. She was beautiful as the pearl and radiant as the diamond. She was a magic created in dark but shall show light to the world. She was happy while the day to see her mother was nearing. She kicked her mom when she wanted to feel her more and then have a silent smile with the warmth of her mom.

But everything changed the day she was born. She expected her mother to be happy and have the tears of happiness at her first sight. She did find tears but there wasn’t any happiness in them. She still waited for her dad’s first kiss which she thought will get as soon as she saw him. She looked around for her happy family but found none. As she waited, it was time for her to sleep as she was tired seeing the colors of the world for the first time.

Her tiny eyelids opened again to find the world completely changed. She no longer felt her mother’s warmth or her dad’s presence. Not only this she also felt hungry. All the magic suddenly disappeared while she found herself in a dump of garbage when she suddenly realized that she was abandoned by her mother.

She closed her eyes not to see light again and closed her ears not to hear any heart beat again. She never wanted to see this world again not because this was cruel as it left her to the earth and winds but she was hurt to see the woman who bore for many months left her in a day.
